My Fidelity account is the best brokerage account that I ever had. It combines excellent internet self-service navigation features, with excellent customer service assistance by phone. And the few times that I have had to go to an office, the service is fast and excellent as well.

Fidelity makes it easy to consolidate my accounts. The rep was fantastic when I needed to consolidate from 2 separate providers. Walked me thru all the steps and was patient. Online research is great for the do it yourself investor.

Fidelity is constantly updating their web site with additional tools, calculators, and articles. I especially enjoy the View Points I occasionally receive via email.
Whenever I've called the company to discuss a problem the first person I talk to takes ownership and stays with me until my problem is resolved.
My Account Executive is professional and personable, and the amount of contact I have with him is just right.

I tried many other brokerage firms and have found Fidelity to be the best. Gotta love the low commissions, lots of research, cash management account with ATM fee reimbursement, 24/7 live person availability, and credit cards that pay 2% back. Bravo Fidelity. Bravo.

Although having a Fidelity account for many years, I recently opened a trading account and am very happy for doing so. The convenience of transferring money, transferring other funds and making trades has impressed me very much. The ease of use with the website, the convenience and ease to navigate is wonderful. The website is great for viewing my accounts. I've very happy to be using Fidelity. I've also used the phone technical people and they have always been fantastic, super cooperative, informative, patient, etc. I've told numerous family members and friends about the great service, if they choose to use these types of accounts.

The Fidelity website is very functional and user friendly. The guidance I received from my account executive was excellent. No pressure or over selling. All aspects of my Fidelity experience are exemplary.

I can't remember, exactly, when I first created an alliance with Fidelity; it's been that long (I'm now 82).
I've been advised by ao many of Fidelity's splendid associates, always to my satisfaction. It's an organization rooted in efficiency; I've never had a complaint with any of those assigned to my account. My Fidelity account supports me now, as it has for decades. I'm a grateful customer.

Very satisfied with your services. Prior to joining Fidelity, I compared you with your competition, and you were the clear-cut winner. Execution of trades are fast, your system keeps me informed of the status, independent stock research thru several well-known providers is available, and information on earnings and dividend, etc. are available on a daily basis. No complaints on your accounting system---statements are available when I want them, and I always reconcile my dividends and never had a problem. Your customer service department has been contacted by me several times, and they have always been polite and helpful. My daughter recently changed jobs and I plan to talk to her about moving her 401k to Fidelity.

Working with my accounts at Fidelity is as easy as it gets. I really feel more secure in my investments becaaue of all of the tools Fidelity offers. I was a broker for 35 years and I wish I had the tools available to me that I get from Fidelity. Fast action on trades, instant reponse from my inquires -- really a great pleasure to work with Fidelity.

Account is clear and easy to use. Contact is not too intrusive, and can be helpful. Transaction costs and fees are trivial when compared with 7% buy and sell fees from years ago.

I am a long time Fidelity customer, but until recently, only IRA's and workplace accounts. I presume you are asking about the taxable account. I've only had it a short time and haven't really invested all the cash yet. However, I am a long time fan of Fidelity. I appreciate that the reps are not clueless and if they need to check something, they do. Overall, I think I can count on the advice and service I receive from Fidelity.

I find this site very easy to get around on. Very simple, honestly, because of the green color, it makes you feel like money is waiting for you. Eye catching. also, after you learn what you really need to know, you can make your own choices without help. The only downside is that you wait for a person to come to the phone for a good while should you need their services to explain things to you.

We really like almost everything about our Fidelity accounts BUT the debit card is a weak link. On a recent foreign trip our card was rejected multiple times even though we had called in advance to tell of our traveling. Even after talking again the card was refused. Another weakness is the absence of an ATM only card which is much safer than a debit card. Fidelity should find a new provider and also offer an ATM only card.
