The convenience of transferring money, transferring other funds and making trades has impressed me very much. The ease of use with the website, the convenience and ease to navigate is wonderful. The website is great for viewing my accounts. I've very happy to be using Fidelity. I've also used the phone technical people and they have always been fantastic, super cooperative, informative, patient, etc. I've told numerous family members and friends about the great service, if they choose to use these types of accounts. Rated 5 out of 5 by secure and reliable Very satisfied with your services. Prior to joining Fidelity, I compared you with your competition, and you were the clear-cut winner. Execution of trades are fast, your system keeps me informed of the status, independent stock research thru several well-known providers is available, and information on earnings and dividend, etc. are available on a daily basis. No complaints on your accounting system---statements are available when I want them, and I always reconcile my dividends and never had a problem. Your customer service department has been contacted by me several times, and they have always been polite and helpful. My daughter recently changed jobs and I plan to talk to her about moving her 401k to Fidelity. March 20, 2013

Only thing I wish I could do is to "separate" my account into 2 different portfolios to better track specific account positions more easily. More drop-down selections without having to select OK which has to be done every-time and is never saved. 3. Have the ability to deselect the funds you are not interested in. 4. Be able to have all results on first page or select the number of results with at least l00 being an option. 5. Be able to select what criteria you would like to see instead of having to click between tabs at the top of the page. 6. in other words make it more user friendly like stock research. Rated 3 out of 5 by Website needs work Fidelity is competitive and has excellent customer service. Their website however is not ready for primetime. For example, when i got to view my options summary the tabs disappear making it very difficult to navigate the site and hard to find what you are looking for. Regardless of where you are in the account, the servicing tabs should be the same and always be visible. In addition, the options summary button is sometimes a button and sometimes a dropdown. Overall, the online experience is disconnected and inconsistent. September 15, 2015

Now I constantly have call customer service to find anything if I am in a hurry and don't want to spend a half hour looking for what I want to do. this is why I would not recomend Fidelity to anyone.
