Fidelity provides excellent services. 5 star. I have been with Fidelity for over 12 years and hav found it easy to deal with the company. Fidelity Staff is very helpful. However, mostly, I do my own research through Fidelity. Good business. Excellent.

Great research tools, fairly priced products and services. Fidelity is the place for serious investors or anyone who wants to provide for financial security. Customer service is excellent and always available. On line site is easy to use, and help is always available if you need it. If you handle your own investments or if you need financial assistance, Fidelity is the place to be.

I do everything online. The Web site works very well, it provides useful research tools, and the instructions are clear. Discussions of tax consequences are especially complete, compared to some competitors' sites. Updates accurately into Quicken almost without hitch--unlike some competitors. I have used three competitors' sites, and much prefer Fidelity's for trading, account management, and research. When I do have an occasional question, it is easy to talk to a Fidelity rep, and I have always gotten quick and accurate answers.
One weakness that Fidelity shares with other firms: research support for foreign stocks is very spotty--even for companies in the NAFTA zone that have US tracking stocks trading in the US. There are presumably legal and technical problems that help to create this situation, but at least Fidelity might provide links to where investor information might be found for such companies.

I can't remember, exactly, when I first created an alliance with Fidelity; it's been that long (I'm now 82).
I've been advised by ao many of Fidelity's splendid associates, always to my satisfaction. It's an organization rooted in efficiency; I've never had a complaint with any of those assigned to my account. My Fidelity account supports me now, as it has for decades. I'm a grateful customer.

After 10 years of briefly doing business with 5 different investment firms, I finally tried Fidelity 8 years ago. My search was over. If you are looking for me to find something wrong with Fidelity so you can use my criticisms to improve the company, you will be disappointed. I have zero complaints. I've tried the rest. By overall comparison, Fidelity is overall perfection.

Very satisfied with your services. Prior to joining Fidelity, I compared you with your competition, and you were the clear-cut winner. Execution of trades are fast, your system keeps me informed of the status, independent stock research thru several well-known providers is available, and information on earnings and dividend, etc. are available on a daily basis. No complaints on your accounting system---statements are available when I want them, and I always reconcile my dividends and never had a problem. Your customer service department has been contacted by me several times, and they have always been polite and helpful. My daughter recently changed jobs and I plan to talk to her about moving her 401k to Fidelity.

Working with my accounts at Fidelity is as easy as it gets. I really feel more secure in my investments becaaue of all of the tools Fidelity offers. I was a broker for 35 years and I wish I had the tools available to me that I get from Fidelity. Fast action on trades, instant reponse from my inquires -- really a great pleasure to work with Fidelity.

I think the brokerage account at Fidelity works really well.The explanations of why you can't sell this or that are informative and helpful. I think the price is right. But your representatives are terrific. Always helpful. Always take care of the problem Great job!

Fidelity has consistently provided great service, online or over the phone, at different hours of the day when I need them for questions. The website is feature rich but very easy to use and practical. What is best is that Fidelity strives to continue improve its user experiences.

The tools associated with a Fidelity Account are powerful and versatile. I also have called Fidelity on many occasions and have always found the representatives to be helpful and informative. In addition, we have a personal representative which is a valued relationship for us.

Most brokerage accounts allow for more flexible and cash management options, such as setting up weekly or bi-weekly deposits. The most frequent transfer option on this site is monthly. People tend to save more when they can put aside smaller amounts, more frequently.

This site is not easy to use for buying and selling. For example, I go into a site which has cash and I want to purchase a fund. There are no easy options in which to do this. I have to figure it out, instead of having very clear options as it should be.

I am very happy with Fidelity overall, but the website needs some improvements. When performing a screen, it would be great to select one of the results and open it in a new tab to be reviewed later. The way the FIdelity site is set up, you must click on a link to security to review it, and if you want to return to the screen, if you hit the back button on your browser, the screen criteria are erased and you have to start over again. I think Fidelity needs to modernize their web site.

Fidelity once was a great investment house, however your service is now very knowledgeable and very poorly serviceable do to the corporate structure.
appears as the company is now run by attorneys and not by business orientated people....

Customer Service is good but needs to address your concerns with more detail and retain responsibility for the issue.

the new page is good except it does not show the total amount bills that are pending payment. The total is very helpful so that I know if I have enough cash in the account. Please add this info; it was on the old page.

I like the ability to manage my own investment portfolio to meet my needs. If I need assistance, help from Fidelity is only a phone call away. There is so much information available online that help isn't often needed. I think the Fidelity Account is a great product.

It pops up a new window when you do a quote, and if you click "trade" from that window, it opens up another window, and on and on...It's very difficult to deal with multiple windows, and it's inconvenient.

I really love the new ETF options with no transaction fees. The fund expenses are really low and with no fees to trade in and out it's a steal. I'm basically becoming an index trader now.
