As head of Life Events at Fidelity Investments, Stacey leads the effort to reimagine how people navigate the moments that matter in their lives – expected or unexpected – including over 30 major life events.
Before joining Fidelity, Stacey spent 20 years at Harley-Davidson, one of America’s most beloved brands and respected manufacturing companies. As a member of the senior leadership team, she built a reputation for reinvigorating brands, inspiring teams, and delivering business results through fantastic customer experiences.
Stacey was hand-picked to lead the effort to retain and re-inspire millions of existing riders while simultaneously bringing in new customers – a goal many thought unachievable. Under her leadership, the company grew sales and delivered the #1 market share position in every customer segment: Core, Young Adult, Women, African-American and Hispanic.
Stacey led the design, development, construction and launch of the $75 million, award-winning Harley-Davidson Museum, which welcomes over 200,000 visitors annually. As the lead spokesperson, she appeared on The Today Show, National Public Radio, Bloomberg Business Week and the LA Times.
Stacey holds a BS in International Politics from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Born in Boston, MA, Stacey has lived and travelled around the world, including Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. She worked in London, and spent a summer on a butterfly farm in Honduras.
Stacey is a registered yoga teacher, rescue scuba diver, classical guitarist, improv and stand-up comedy student, and five-time polar bear. She enjoys live music, cooking soup, reading, and her English Mastiff, Wilma.
