Financial Times highlights Fidelity's commitment to technology

From artificial intelligence and virtual reality to working "agile," Fidelity is investing heavily to modernize the way it does business, while shedding its image as primarily an asset manager. "If you don't change, you're by definition either on your way to atrophy or you are atrophying," said Abby Johnson, chairman and CEO of Fidelity. "The world changes. You have to evolve your business and challenge yourself to say, Where are things going?"
