Joe Steeves
Senior Vice President, Private Client Group, Fidelity Investments

Joseph Steeves is senior vice president, Private Client Group, in Fidelity's Personal Investing organization, a unit of Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries.

In his current role, Mr. Steeves is responsible for supporting Wealth Advisor Solutions® referral program, which helps match Fidelity retail customers with independent advisors.

In more than 20 years at Fidelity, Mr. Steeves has held a variety of roles in retail and institutional sales and channel management. From 2003 to 2012, he was vice president, Planning and Advisory Solutions, in Personal and Workplace Investing, where he was responsible for investment and business oversight for Portfolio Advisory Services and Fidelity® Personalized Portfolios. Prior to that, he spent four years with Fidelity Charitable®, in several roles, responsible for managing institutional and retail sales. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Steeves managed a Fidelity Investor Center in San Francisco, and was named Fidelity's Manager of the Year in 1998. His Fidelity experience also includes having served as a branch financial representative and as a broker-dealer services representative for Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company, Inc.

Prior to joining Fidelity in 1991, Mr. Steeves was a sales associate at National Cash Register and a marketing associate at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. Steeves received his bachelor of arts degree in marketing from Boston College and his master of business administration degree from Northeastern University. He holds Series 7, 8, 63, and 65.

Dimitri P. Eliopoulos, CFP®
Partner, Director of Advisory Services, Wealth Management, RMB Capital Management, LLC

Dimitri P. Eliopoulos started his career as an intern at a large wire house in 2000 with a team that would go on to form RMB Capital Management in 2005. Dimitri worked his way up to being a Partner and Senior Wealth Manager, leading and mentoring a team that grew to one of the largest at the firm by 2014. In 2015, Dimitri was promoted to Director of Advisory Services, overseeing business development efforts for RMB Wealth Management, while maintaining his client responsibilities and team leadership. Dimitri has earned the Certified Financial PlannerTM and the Certified Private Wealth AdvisorSM designations, as well as an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

His dedication, skill, and integrity have contributed to the near 100% client retention RMB has enjoyed since inception. As a result of his expertise, Dimitri has been quoted in several media outlets, including The Trust Advisor, NBC Chicago, and ABC Chicago. He is a frequent panelist at Fidelity Investments' wealth management events throughout the country.

He was also among Greek America's 2012 Class of Forty Under 40, and is an active member of the Hellenic American Leadership Council. Dimitri serves on boards and investment committees for several organizations, such as the Chicago Community Trust's Young Leaders Fund, Young Professional Advisory Committee, and Centennial Anniversary Steering Committee. Additionally, he is a member of the Wealth Management Advisory Board at DePaul University, advising and developing the Masters of Science in Wealth Management degree curriculum and serving as a resource to students.

A lifelong Chicagoan, Dimitri currently lives in Hinsdale, IL, with his wife and two daughters.

Michael K. Farr
President, Farr, Miller & Washington

Michael K. Farr is President and majority owner of Farr, Miller & Washington, LLC. He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the firm. Prior to starting Farr, Miller & Washington, he was a Principal with Alex, Brown & Sons.

Mr. Farr is a paid Contributor for CNBC television and has appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America, NBC's Nightly News, CNN, BloombergTV, Reuters, and the Nightly Business Report. Mr. Farr is heard on Associated Press Radio, CBS Radio and National Public Radio. And he has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, the Washington Post, Businessweek, USA Today, and many other publications. His market blogs can be found on CNBC.com, HuffingtonPost.com and Politico.com. He is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, DC, National Association for Business Economics, The World Presidents' Organization, International Atlantic Economic Society, and The Washington Association of Money Managers. Mr. Farr is Chairman of the Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation and a Trustee of Sibley Memorial Hospital and of Sewanee, The University of the South. He is a Director of Goal Financial, LLC, and Atlas Financial Services Group, Ltd. He formerly served as Vice Chairman of the Salvation Army, Chairman of the Travelers Aid Society, and a Trustee of Ford's Theatre; Nation's Capital Progress Foundation; the Paul Berry Academic Scholarship Foundation; and Neediest Kids.

Kevin J. Ruth
Head of Wealth Planning & Personal Trust, Strategic Advisers, Inc.

Kevin Ruth joined Fidelity Investments in July 2013, and is currently the head of Wealth Planning & Personal Trust for Strategic Advisers, Inc., and chairman and president of Fidelity Personal Trust Company. His business responsibilities include Wealth Management, Fidelity Personal Trust Company, Personalized Benefits Education, and Advanced Guidance.

Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Kevin was the head of wealth planning and fund services at UBS Wealth Management Americas. From August 2003, he was responsible for financial planning, insurance and annuities, UBS trust services, mutual funds, money funds, and retirement consulting services. He was also a senior member of UBS Private Wealth Management and was involved in the creation of that initiative. In addition, he was the chairman and CEO of UBS Trust Company, the president of UBS Financial Services Insurance Agency, Inc., and served on the board of the UBS Puerto Rico Family of Funds.

Prior to working at UBS, Kevin was the director of private planning services for Merrill Lynch's Private Banking and Investment Group. He was responsible for providing tax management, estate planning, concentrated stock risk management, and other financial planning services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Kevin received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and masters of science degree in financial services from The American College. He holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM certification, the Chartered Life Underwriter® designation, the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation, and the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation. Kevin has also received the Accredited Estate Planner® designation from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. He has his general securities principal license from the National Association of Securities Dealers and his insurance license.

Kevin lives in Wyckoff, New Jersey, with his wife and two daughters.

Dannell Stuart
Principal, Director of Business Development, Client Advisor, Mission Wealth

Dannell Stuart is a Principal, Director of Business Development, and Client Advisor with Mission Wealth. She is responsible for the firm's business development activities and enjoys being involved in welcoming new clients to the firm and also helping current clients achieve and maintain financial peace of mind.

A UC Santa Barbara alum, Ms. Stuart has 19 years of experience as a professional financial advisor. With Mission Wealth since 2010, she has helped clients in the areas of financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, tax planning, insurance planning, charitable giving, and transition planning.

Ms. Stuart has contributed personal finance articles to various publications. She has taught courses and workshops on investments at UCSB and other Santa Barbara–based organizations. Ms. Stuart was recently recognized by Pacific Coast Business Times as a "Top 50 Women in Business" and was the Editor's Pick in the banking and finance category.

Ms. Stuart is a board member of the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council, is on the Finance and Investment Committees for Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care, and is on the Investment Committee for the Women's Fund of Santa Barbara. She is also actively involved with UCSB Arts & Lectures, the Music Academy of the West, Women's Executive Network, UCSB Planned Giving, and enjoys coaching AYSO Youth Soccer.

Dannell grew up in Newport Beach, California. She and her husband live in Santa Barbara with their two young children.
