eBills

An electronic bill, which is also called an eBill, is a bill that you can view and pay online using Bill Pay. It typically contains the same information as a paper bill or statement.

Overview

Relationships have been established with hundreds of companies nationwide that allow us to receive electronic bills, known as eBills. These eBills typically contain the same information included in the paper bills that are mailed to you. eBills are secure and convenient and offer easy access to current and past bill activity.

eBill enrollment

When you add a company that can send eBills, we’ll notify you on the Payee confirmation screen that you’re eligible to enroll in eBills. In addition, the Enroll now link will also display below the payee’s name next to the "EBILL ELIGIBLE" badge on the Bill Pay home page.

When you add an eBill, we’ll send the information as a request to your payee. The label "EBILL" will appear under your payee in the Payee list when your enrollment has been approved by the payee. After your request has been processed by the payee, you'll receive an eBill from the payee in a month or more, depending on your billing cycle.

Pay or file your eBill

When you start receiving eBills, you can pay or file your eBill in two locations on the Payment center page. You can select either the Pay or File links from the Reminders/eBills due section. This will list out all the different payment amounts or file options to choose from. You can also, from the payee list, use the "Select payment" dropdown and choose the payment amount you want to submit. If you'd like to file your eBill click on the payee menu (vertical 3-dots) from the Payee list and then click the File eBill link and select your reason.
