VIP Access FAQs
Can I use VIP Access for all Fidelity applications?
VIP Access is available only for Fidelity.com, NetBenefits®, and the mobile app, so you'll only be prompted to enter your VIP code when accessing your account via these three channels. For all other Fidelity applications, you'll be prompted to enter just your username and password.
Note: If you use financial aggregators such as Quicken® to view your accounts, enabling VIP Access may prevent the aggregator from updating your account information.
Can I use both the desktop and mobile versions of VIP?
For security reasons, VIP Access can only be installed on one device at any given time. So for example, if it’s currently installed on your smartphone, you won't be able to install it on your desktop without first removing the smartphone install.
Do I have to call to activate my VIP Access or can I do it online?
Your access can only be activated by phone. But don't worry; the process is quick and easy. To get started, call us at 800-544-6666.
What if I no longer want VIP Access associated with my login?
Just call us at 800-544-6666 and we'll deactivate it.
Does VIP Access work on iPads and other devices?
Absolutely. You can install VIP Access on any one device of your choice.
