Building a better Bill Pay

The new experience will start rolling out to customers enrolled in Bill Pay beginning on September 1, 2020, with the roll out continuing throughout the year. If you don't see the experience yet, it should be available soon.

Yes, all your information you've entered will remain as is and will be transferred to the new version.

No, all the payments that are pending will remain in the system and will be made as scheduled.

If you're already enrolled in eBills, then everything will continue to work as it has. If you're not enrolled in eBills, you'll then have to wait until a later date when we can add eBills enrollment to the new experience. Note that if you unenroll, you'll have to wait to reenroll until after we make these updates.

Yes, if we've stored your payees in our system they'll still be there. There's no need to reenter payees.

Yes, your payment history will move over to the new experience and will remain unchanged. Your history will also be easier to view.

If you've scheduled payments, those payments will not change and will be made as scheduled.

There's nothing you need to change. All the updates will happen automatically.

All the functionality currently available via Bill Pay in the Fidelity Mobile^® app will continue to be available after we make this update. But we'll be adding new features and functions, so stay tuned.
