  • What are the improvements in the new app?

    We changed the iPad® app to provide more consistency with the iPhone app and Fidelity.com, and also to optimize the app for the latest iOS technology, such as Touch ID.

    We are incorporating a number of enhancements including tax forms, dynamic feed, streamlined navigation, deeper research features, and account summary upgrades.

  • What are the minimum system requirements?

    The app requires iOS 10 or higher. If you are using an older operating system, you can upgrade to a newer version of iOS by selecting the General menu item from your device's Settings.

  • Can I continue to use the older version of the app?

    You can continue to use the old version of the Fidelity app for iPad®, even after downloading the newer version of the app. We encourage you to download the new version to get familiar with the new app. The older version has a green Fidelity logo on a white background, while the newer version has a white logo on a green background.

    Although you may access the older version of the iPad app for a time, no additional enhancements will be made and we will be retiring the older version later this year.

  • How can I provide feedback?

    The best way to provide feedback is by selecting More from the navigation menu, and then selecting Send Us Feedback. You will also be prompted periodically for your feedback when you log in. Your feedback is highly valued as it helps us prioritize future enhancements.
