How do I update my crypto withdrawal limit?

To update your crypto withdrawal limit using Fidelity.com, log in and follow these steps:

  1. From the Portfolio Summary screen, select your Fidelity Crypto® account.
  2. Open the "Account features" tab and choose "Update" next to "Withdrawal security level."
  3. Select "Standard" or "Advanced" for the new limit, then select "Continue." (If you select Standard, this completes your setup.)
  4. If you select an advanced limit, you will need an authenticator app, which you can download on your mobile device (we support most of them). If you have not done this before, select "Set up."
  5. On your authenticator app, scan the QR code or enter the provided code manually.
  6. On the Fidelity Investments® app, enter the 6-digit code and select "Continue" to complete setup.

  2. Select the 3 dots at the top of the screen to open the menu and choose "Withdrawal security level."
  3. Select "Standard" or "Advanced" for the new limit, then select "Continue." (If you select Standard, this completes your setup.)
  4. If you select an advanced limit, you will need an authenticator app, which you can download on your mobile device (we support most of them).
  5. Select the "Copy key" link and then paste it into the authenticator app when prompted. Select "Continue" when you return to the Fidelity Investments® app.
  6. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Select "Continue" to complete setup.
