Rated 5 out of 5 by easy to use simplicity and high cash back rewards. one bonus is the "shopsafe" program. you can generate a new card number for online purchases, tied to your regular card. but unlike other "online card" generators that i tried, this one also lets you set a max charge limit as well! so for places that "require" a credit card on file (e.g. google play and xbox live come to mind), you can give them a live card and set the limit to $1 (you can always then use an alternate card/number for "real" purchases at those sites). the only minor issue that i had was when their website went down -- impossible to get any real information over the phone for things like when their site would be back up December 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good rewards I have had the Visa signature card for 2 years now and charge all our expenses to it. We get back about $500-700 per year. I like the fact that we dont have to keep track of any promotions. I have never had any problems with the card being declined for big purchases and recently when I was 2 days late for a payment they also waived the late fee December 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The only card I use I have used this card nearly exclusively since 2009. I use it for all purchases and have monthly bills such as gas, electric, etc. automatically charge to it. I only have to make one payment per month to take care of most expenses, and I earn over $500 per year in cash rewards to my brokerage account. No hoops to jump through. October 23, 2013

The Investment Rewards card is the best card available. To qualify for the card, I had to open a Fidelity account in order to link it with my rebate. I have been very happy with every contact I've had with Fidelity Brokerage and am glad to be a Fidelity client. June 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great cash back I like this card bc it is accepted everywhere and is the best cash back card of them all, assuming u have a Fidelity account. I don't have to spend the rewards on travel or whatever; I get cash to invest or spend as I wish. I linked it to my Fidelity money market account which has bill pay. I spend a lot with it so I get lots of cash rewards. There are no games, just a very simple cash back algorithm. Highly recommended! March 23, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Card I Have Ever Used. I have had the Fidelity Visa card for about one year. It was very easy to obtain and easy to use as well as accepted everywhere. I have had other credit cards with other banks but none compare to the ease of use and payment of charges like the Fidelity Visa. In fact I have talked three of my co-workers in to applying and obtaiing the Fidelity Visa. The rewards just keep adding up as I use my card for purchases for travel and daily activities. I really have not had a better credit card in the 30 plus years I have used credit cards. March 18, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible FIA card services blocks most transactions that are in the city in which I live. These has happened repeatedly. The customer service agent at FIA told me that I need to "call to report my travel agenda before making any trips to insure that the card can be used." It is completely ridiculous for a credit card company to expect a customer to call in to report the travel itineary. June 22, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by WORST Customer Service!!! I have been a Fidelity member for nearly 30 years. While I like the concept of the FIdelity rewards credit card, the card service company (FIA Card Services) has the WORST customer service of any credit card company. The routinely cut off the card and don't make any effort to contact the user. They constantly replace the cards with new cards and account numbers which is very inconvenient. The card does not allow you to receive notification when the card is used. They don't support Apple Pay. Bottom Line: Unless you are willing to put up with terrible customer service....stay away!! I am going to look to move my accounts to another Brokerage company that cares about customer service. June 22, 2015

The customer service was wonderful when I thought I had a problem, but as usual, it was my fault but they were very diplomatic when explaining my mistake. Keep up the good work. June 1, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not so great anymore- Will be cancelling I've had this card for 15 plus years and used it exclusively as my only credit card. Now in the last two months- multiple charges at grocery stores and restaurants have been declined for suspicious fraud activity. This is very embarrassing and humiliating when this happens. IF FIDELITY SHUTS MY CARD OFF WHY DON'T THEY CALL ME TO CHECK OUT THE SITUATION INSTEAD OF PUTTING ME THROUGH THIS. I have no choice now but to cancel this card as I don't want this to keep happening. May 20, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Foreign Transactions Use outside of the USA is abyssmal & repeatedly so. Examples on multiple trips include: 1. ATM machines gobble it up & calls to credit card issuer are worthless; 2. we left it home by mistake, requested a replacement which arrived quickly, but it could not be used because no PIN was issued with it & could not be issued until we returned. What was the point of sending it to us?; 3. when difficulties with using it for purchases arise, assistance is not helpful. This card is not administered by Fidelity & is not comparable to other services offered by Fidelity. When the problems were discussed with a Fidelity representative, the reply was basically, "this is a service we offer & it isn't really operated by Fidelity, so don't look to Fidelity to solve problems with it". That's hard to understand when the card has "Fidelity" stated prominently on it. May 16, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good card for everyday use I love the Fidelity Visa card as it is accepted everywhere and the rewards are simple. I use it for most purchases and would definitely recommend it to everyone. I wish however that it could match the Amex card in terms of rewards and it would waive foreign transaction fees. If the foreign transaction fees were to be waived, the Fidelity Visa card would be unparalleled in power and would no longer use my other cards. April 1, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by BIG BUMMER Hope you don't have a problem with this outfit. You are not likely to get any problem fixed. I have spent hours trying to get online access for my account to no avail. I have been locked out for weeks despite numerous calls to service reps that go through the same scripts with no success. They won't even send me an email of my account statement. I had to pay the balance without even seeing what has been charged to my account! Take my advice - use another card. March 13, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Card I have had my current VISA Signature card for 4 years and a prior one for 5 years. The first one was cancelled and replaced when FIA Cardservices detected illegal activity. They notified me of the problem, cancelled my card and issued a new one. Makes you feel secure. I use the card for everything I can except gas because I get a greater reward on another card. The rewards automatically go to my Fidelity account. I get about $1000 a year back. January 28, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Almost Great I love the 2% cash back, however, I had a couple of problems with the card. I track my everyday purchases with Quicken. This card does not allow automatic download into quicken as part of the one step update, so that was a problem. I remember all of my transactions for a week, but it is difficult for me to remember them for 5 weeks, so it was very difficult for me to reconcile and categorize my purchases. Also the secure nature of the website prevented my password manager from working properly. I had to keep the password set to something relatively simple and easy to guess so that I could remember it. Because of this, I never really felt good about the security of my account. I stopped using the card and allowed it to be cancelled. I would love to go back to it, if they could get the above problems fixed. January 23, 2015

When I use the card out of town, it is not suspended automatically as with other cards. I prefer not to pay an annual fee and this card doesn't have one. Finally, the rewards program is pretty competitive, especially if the points are redeemed into a Fidelity Cash Management Account. January 14, 2015

Despite paying balance in full every month for the last year, I have had several instances in the last 30 days where Internet and point of sale purchases were denied for unexplained fraud reasons. Calling the 800 number is very taxing, with numerous confidential questions being repeatedly asked by people with poor English. This card is an embarrassment to Fidelity., December 14, 2014
