Note: Fidelity money market funds are the default option when opening a new brokerage account. Per PwC Compliance, all PwC employees will default to the core Money Market (FCASH for Non-Retirement accounts and Fidelity FDIC for Retirement accounts). The yield on these funds may be lower than on other Fidelity Money Market funds available. Please contact PwC Compliance with any questions concerning your ability to amend these core positions. Please review your firm's policy regarding other financial arrangements with the default to FCASH/FDIC, and your ability to efficiently amend the Fidelity mm back to government reserves.
Fidelity Investments is one of a select few approved brokers that provides monitoring services to PwC, allowing the PwC compliance group to thoroughly monitor retail brokerage accounts. PwC employees must always follow their internal code of ethics rules and regulations.

* The Fidelity Cash Management Account is a brokerage account designed for spending and cash management. It is not intended to serve as your main account for securities trading. Customers interested in securities trading should consider a Fidelity Account.®

You could lose money by investing in a money market fund. Although the fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it cannot guarantee it will do so. The Fund may impose a fee upon the sale of your shares or may temporarily suspend your ability to sell shares if the Fund's liquidity falls below required minimums because of market conditions or other factors. An investment in the fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Fidelity Investments and its affiliates, the fund’s sponsor, have no legal obligation to provide financial support to the fund, and you should not expect that the sponsor will provide financial support to the fund at any time.
