Recently, the Fidelity Labs team partnered with American Underground and Google on the Internet technology company's first Google for Entrepreneurs Black Founders Exchange. The program was designed to help African-American founders of startup companies, each looking to bring the next "big idea" to the world, bridge the gaps that exist between their new companies, industry experts, and new markets. As part of the program, these next-generation entrepreneurs spent time at Fidelity Labs in North Carolina where they connected with Fidelity executives to discuss opportunities and challenges in the current business climate, and learned how diversity of thought fuels innovation.
