Availability, speed, and compatibility
This mobile application should be accessible on any iOS device running version 7.0 or higher. This mobile application should be accessible on any Android device. However, this mobile application was built for Google's Android OS 4.0 and compatibility issues may be encountered when using earlier versions. Wireless network coverage and Wi-Fi network speed varies by provider and geographic location. Fidelity is not responsible for limitations and/or failures in performance associated with any wireless or Wi-Fi service used to access this mobile application.
To access account information or perform any transactions, this mobile application requires submission of a username and password (the same security credentials used for Fidelity.com). All personal information is transmitted to and from Fidelity with end-to-end encryption, in a form unreadable by anyone without the decryption key.
Every time you use this mobile application to log into your Fidelity account, you automatically receive real-time quotes if your account is eligible and you have agreed to the NASDAQ User Agreement.
To receive real-time quotes, you must review and agree to the NASDAQ User Agreement available at Fidelity.com. If you are a first time visitor to Fidelity.com, you must register and then approve the NASDAQ User Agreement. If you have already registered at Fidelity.com, please log in, click the Research tab, visit the delayed quotes page, and approve the NASDAQ User Agreement.
This mobile app contains a polling quote feature that, when enabled, provides users with quotes that are automatically updated by the app at specified intervals, which is determined by market volume or system availability. To enable polling quotes, please click the Settings button on the toolbar and turn the polling quotes switch to the "On" position.
If you are a Fidelity customer and have already established watch lists on Fidelity.com, the same lists will automatically appear on this mobile application. Any updates made to your watch list will be reflected simultaneously on both this mobile application and Fidelity.com.
Fidelity does not impose a charge for accessing this mobile application, but you will incur commissions on any trades and your device data provider might charge fees to access data. For more details about Fidelity commission rates, please visit www.fidelity.com/trading.
Trade orders placed through this mobile application are sent directly to the markets via Fidelity's computer system, which verifies that the orders pass standard trading and account requirements. Commissions and order execution guarantees are the same as trades placed on Fidelity.com. For more details about Fidelity commission rates, please visit www.fidelity.com/trading.
This mobile application will automatically close after 15 minutes of inactivity unless you have modified your device’s settings to a shorter or longer timeframe. Anytime you log into this mobile application, click the "Log Out" link to exit the application and prevent anyone else from accessing your account data. Closing the application will automatically log you out.
