We know that individuality and different perspectives are essential to the success and growth of our company. That's why diversity is a critical component of our talent acquisition and management strategy. Our goal is to ensure that all employees experience our workplace as a welcoming and equitable environment.
To further the spirit of inclusion, we established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support a range of employee communities across our global sites. With more than 17,000 members and open to all employees, our ERGs are a big part of Fidelity's inclusive culture:
- Aspire: Latino and Black Group
- Asian Employee Resource Group
- ENABLE: Empowering all employees with all abilities
- Pride Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Group
- FiVE: Fidelity Veteran Employees Group
- WLG: Women's Leadership Group
We also established a Special Interest Group:
- WITSIG: Women in Technology Special Interest Group
Our ERGs have been so successful that Elevate ERG Academy has recognized us as one of the Best Companies for Employee Resource Groups.
With more than 11,000 members, these five groups have become a big part of Fidelity's culture. In fact, they've had so much success that our ERGs have been recognized outside of the company as well.
