Individuality and different perspectives are essential to the success and growth of a company. That's why Fidelity has worked to make diversity a key element of our talent management strategy. In addition, we've taken steps to ensure that our employees experience our workplace as an open and equitable environment. It's this diversity that makes us more effective in serving our customers, developing our employees, and strengthening our communities.
To help further the spirit of inclusion we have established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support a range of employee communities:
- WNG: Women's Networking Group
- Fidelity Pride: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Group
- Aspire: Latino and Black Group
- Asian Employee Resource Group
- FiVE: Fidelity Veteran Employees Group
With more than 11,000 members, these five groups have become a big part of Fidelity's culture. In fact, they've had so much success that our ERGs have been recognized outside of the company as well.
