Troubleshooting for ActiveTraderPro.com

If you experience any trouble launching ActiveTraderPro.com, please try the following troubleshooting tips.

  1. If you experience issues using a tablet, try using a computer instead. Only tablets with the full Windows 8 Operating System are compatible.
  2. Ensure that you have the latest version of Silverlight installed. You can download the latest version of Silverlight at www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight.
  3. If you experience issues using Internet Explorer, Safari, or Chrome, please try using Firefox instead. You can install the latest version of Firefox at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/.
  4. Clear your browser cache.

To clear your cache in Internet Explorer:

  • Select the Tools menu
  • Select Internet Options
  • On the General tab, select the Delete option located in the Browsing History section
  • Leave only the Temporary Internet Files box checked and select Delete
  • Be sure to uncheck the Preserve Favorites Website Data option

To clear your cache in Firefox:

  • Select the Firefox menu
  • Select History
  • Select Clear Recent History
  • Choose a time range of "everything" and leave only the Cache box checked
  • Select Clear Now
