  • What is EY TaxChatTM?

    We've secured you a 10% discount off EY TaxChatTM through the Wealth Tax Platform. EY TaxChatTM is an on-demand digital service that connects you with EY tax professionals in a secure, online environment. You'll get 1-on-1 tax guidance from an experienced tax professional who will prepare and file your taxes for you. For more information see EY TaxChatTM.

  • What is the cost of using EY tax services?
    • Fidelity Wealth Management clients have access to a 10% discount on EY TaxChatTM. Tax preparation via EY TaxChatTM starts at $275 including one federal and three state returns and goes up in price based on complexity. Answer a few questions and get a no-obligation quote when you get started with EY TaxChatTM. For more information, see EY TaxChatTM.
    • Tax advisory services are also available at 20% off standard prices. Pricing varies based on individual needs and complexity. To get a free quote, you can complete a client intake form in the EY Wealth Tax Platform by selecting "Tax Advice & Tax Planning", clicking the "Get started" button and filling out a short (<5 minute) form. An EY tax advisor will respond within five business days to schedule an introduction.
  • How do I redeem my discount?
    • If you pre-register before December 31, 2025, you will receive the greater of $100 off or 10% off – whichever is the greater of the two – on EY TaxChatTM. The pre-registration discount will be automatically applied when accessing the offer through the green button above marked “Connect with EY.”
  • How do I access additional Tax Advisory Services?

    If your tax situation is more complex than what the EY TaxChatTM solution is designed to address, we can provide direct access to a tax professional to provide tax advice specifically designed to reduce tax exposure and audit risk, as well as prepare and file your returns.1 Tax advisory services are provided by EY or Baker Tilly. Additional qualifications may be required. Your dedicated Fidelity representative can help you understand more about the services provided by each firm and connect you with them as needed. The specific price for an engagement will be evaluated by EY or Baker Tilly after scoping the engagement. The initial conversation with EY or Baker Tilly is provided at no cost to you. We have secured a 20% discount from EY's and Baker Tilly's standard rates.
