Mutual Fund Evaluator and Compare Funds Disclosure

1. These are research tools.

The Fund Evaluator and Compare Funds tools provide you with a way to research the thousands of funds available through Fidelity using Morningstar data.

The Compare Funds feature is a tool that allows you to conduct side-by-side comparisons of up to five mutual funds according to the following criteria: Fund Objective, Morningstar Rating, Morningstar Category, Year-to-Date, 1-year, 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year Performance; Expense Ratio and Assets.

Additional data may be found by clicking on the fund name in either tool. This will enable you to view, among other things, additional Morningstar ratings information, standard performance, specific loads and fees as well as volatility measures associated with the fund.

The Fund Evaluator and Compare Funds tools have been provided to help self-directed investors evaluate mutual funds based on their own needs and circumstances. The criteria entered is at the sole discretion of the user and any information obtained should not be considered an offer to buy or sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any securities. You acknowledge that your requests for information are unsolicited and shall neither constitute, nor be considered as investment advice by Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC., Fidelity Distributors Corporation, or their affiliates (collectively, "Fidelity"). All funds are offered by prospectus.

While these research tools may be of use to investors in evaluating certain information on mutual funds, they should not be considered to include every factor that may be necessary for an investor to make a decision to invest in a mutual fund. A decision to invest in a particular mutual fund may be based on a number of factors, including investors' needs, goals and comfort with risk.

3. Funds available

Funds from all of the companies included in the Fund Evaluator and Compare Funds tools are available through the FundsNetwork program. All the funds in the FundsNetwork program are not always available for review. The actual selection of funds may vary from time to time in accordance with the availability of information from Morningstar. Fidelity's FundsNetwork offers load funds and no-load funds that are available with or without transaction fees (see below). Products and services mentioned may not be available for sale in all states and are not available outside of the United States.

4. Order of Results

When using the Fund Evaluator, if the Fidelity fund family is included in the evalution criteria, Fidelity funds will be listed first and separately on the Fund Evaluator Results screen. Each additional fund family that was included in the evaluation criteria will follow in the order of the fund's 3 year average annual, return(from highest to lowest). You may change this order at any time by clicking any of the column headers. To analyze other fund related information, see the search criteria in the left hand side of the evaluator and/or the tabs at the top of the page.

5. Taxes

Taxes on dividends and capital gains can affect the returns of a mutual fund investment. As an investor, you should consider the impact of these taxes before making an investment decision. A tax or financial advisor should be consulted for additional information.

Funds without transaction fees

"No Transaction Fee" Funds (NTF)

A number of funds are available through FundsNetwork without paying a transaction fee to Fidelity. A transaction fee is similar to a brokerage fee or commission, which you pay when you buy or sell a stock. Of course, all fees as described in a fund's prospectus still apply. Redemption/exchange fees must be paid on those funds that charge such fees if shares are sold within certain time frames. Investors also still pay any fund level expenses, such as asset-based sales charges (12b-1 fees) and other fund expenses as detailed in the prospectus. The "No Transaction Fee" Funds (NTF) included in the Fund Evaluator include all no-load funds (and a few funds with a 12b-1 fee greater than .25%, which are not considered no-load funds) available without paying a transaction fee to Fidelity.

Fidelity reserves the right to change the funds available with no transaction fees and reinstate the fees on any funds. Fidelity will charge a transaction fee each time you sell or exchange shares of FundsNetwork funds purchased without paying a transaction fee or load and held less than 60 days (short-term trade). In addition, if you place more than 15 short-term trades in a 12-month period in your account, Fidelity will begin charging a transaction fee each time you purchase or exchange shares including automatic investments of FundsNetwork funds (typically available without paying a transaction fee or load) in that account for the following 12 months. Fidelity funds, money market funds and shares purchased through dividend reinvestment are excluded. The transaction fee will be based on the existing FundsNetwork transaction fee schedule applicable to that account. Transaction fee discounts for trading via Fidelity Automated Service TelephoneSM (FAST) or www.fidelity.com will apply. This program is subject to change without notice. At the time you purchase shares of a no-load fund, those shares will be assigned either a transaction fee (TF) or no transaction fee (NTF) status. When you subsequently sell those shares, any applicable fees will be assessed based on the status assigned to the shares at the time of purchase. Fidelity may receive remuneration for providing certain recordkeeping and shareholder services to the fund family(ies).

Load Funds

Load funds are not included under the Fund Evaluator's "NTF" identifier, although you do not pay a transaction fee on load funds. You are charged a sales load by the fund, a portion of which is paid to Fidelity. Loads are described in a fund's prospectus; please read the prospectus carefully before you invest. Individual fund companies may offer discounts on the front-end load they charge for very large dollar investments. Information on this "breakpoint" pricing is included in fund prospectuses.

Funds with transaction fees

For some funds you must pay a transaction fee to Fidelity. A transaction fee is determined by the total dollar amount of your buy or exchange order.

Certain funds will have a transaction fee of $75. To identify any applicable transaction fees associated with the purchase of a given fund, please refer to the "Fees and Distributions" tab on the individual fund page on Fidelity.com.
