Strategic Advisers LLC is a registered investment adviser and a Fidelity Investments company. With over 150 investment professionals, the team seeks to provide investment management and solutions to help investors achieve their financial goals.


P. Brian Enyeart, CFA®

  • PRESIDENT
  • Joined Fidelity: 2006

As president, Brian Enyeart leads Strategic Advisers, the investment team responsible for the managed accounts business. Prior to assuming his current position in March 2018, he was chief investment officer for Strategic Advisers. Since joining Fidelity in 2006, Mr. Enyeart's roles have also included head of quantitative research, managing director and chief investment officer, in London and Boston. Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Enyeart worked as the director of quantitative research at Citigroup Asset Management. He has been in the investments industry since 1994. Mr. Enyeart received a bachelor of arts degree in political science and business from Vanderbilt University and a master of arts degree in finance from Golden Gate University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.


Catherine Pena, CFA®

As chief investment officer, Catherine Pena is responsible for overseeing the investment teams for Personalized Portfolio Accounts, Personalized Portfolio Accounts – Tax Sensitive Accounts, Workplace Managed Accounts, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund® (CGF) Charitable Legacy Pool, and the Strategic Advisers Funds. Previously, Ms. Pena was a portfolio manager in the Global Institutional Solutions (GIS) group at Fidelity Investments for eight years. She has been in the financial industry since 1995. Ms. Pena earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration degree in economics and her Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Xavier University, as well as her Master of Arts degree in economics from Southern Methodist University. She is also a CFA® charterholder.


John Stone, CFA®

As chief investment officer, John Stone is responsible for overseeing the investment teams for Personalized Portfolio Accounts, Personalized Portfolio Accounts – Tax Sensitive Accounts, Workplace Managed Accounts, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund® (CGF) Charitable Legacy Pool, and the Strategic Advisers Funds. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Stone was associate chief investment officer, portfolio manager, and U.S. Equity group leader at Strategic Advisers. He has been in the financial industry since first joining Fidelity in 1993. Mr. Stone earned his bachelor of science degree in quantitative economics from Tufts University and his master of business administration degree from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. He is also a CFA® charterholder.


Nicholas Yoo

  • HEAD OF PORTFOLIO ENGINEERING

As head of portfolio engineering, Nicholas Yoo oversees the portfolio construction and trading in Fidelity’s retail and workplace managed account offerings, which include Portfolio Advisory Services Accounts, Fidelity Private Wealth Management and Wealth Planner multi-account portfolios, Fidelity Strategic Discipline Strategies, and Workplace Managed Accounts*. Prior to assuming his current position in 2022, Mr. Yoo worked as a vice president of personalized wealth management. Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Yoo held various other positions, including vice president at JPMorgan Asset Management. Mr. Yoo has been in the financial industry since 1999. Mr. Yoo earned his bachelor of arts degree in finance from the University of Utah and his executive master of business administration degree from Boston University. He also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 65 registration. 


Stephanie Caron

As head of investment services, Stephanie Caron is responsible for the divisions' strategic planning, execution and day-to-day operations. Prior to assuming her current position in February 2019, Ms. Caron was senior vice president and head of Global Middle Office for Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations, where she was responsible for investment management services and relationship management of vendors, custodians, and business partners. Before joining Fidelity in 2016, Ms. Caron was managing director and department head as part of Investor Services Americas at State Street Corporation. She has been in the investments industry since 1991. Ms. Caron received a bachelor of science in business administration from Bucknell University.


Raymond Joseph

As head of research, Raymond Joseph leads a research team of fundamental (public markets), quantitative, sustainable, and private market research analysts and associates. With input from the broader Investment leadership team, he is responsible for formulating, shaping, and directing the research agenda for Strategic Advisers. Before joining Fidelity in 2023, Mr. Joseph was a managing director of research at Wellington Management. He has been in the financial industry since 1994. Mr. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in government cum laude from Harvard College and his Master of Business degree in general management from Harvard Business School.


Scott Kuldell, CFA®

Scott Kuldell, CFA As senior vice president of investment research and development, Scott Kuldell is responsible for driving innovation across Strategic Advisers products and methodologies. Prior to assuming his current position in January 2014, Mr. Kuldell served as senior vice president and director of portfolio management. Previously, he was a vice president, portfolio manager, and director of investments. Mr. Kuldell also held several other roles within Fidelity, including director of asset management consulting, head of asset allocation policy and strategy, global fixed income portfolio manager, currency analyst, and quantitative analyst. He has been in the investments industry since joining Fidelity in 1987. Mr. Kuldell earned his bachelor of art degree, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
