Strategic Advisers LLC

Strategic Advisers LLC (Strategic Advisers), provides discretionary portfolio management as sub-adviser for the Fidelity U.S. Large Cap Equity Strategy. Strategic Advisers has retained Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC to provide investment models to be used by Strategic Advisers in rendering discretionary investment advisory services to managed accounts enrolled in the Program. FMR benefits from the unique history and experience of Fidelity, which has managed and researched equity strategies for over 70 years and has over 350 dedicated equity investment professionals.1

Barry Golden, CFA, CAIA

Barry Golden is a Portfolio Manager for Strategic Advisers LLC,  a registered investment adviser and a Fidelity Investments company. In this role, he is responsible for managing the Fidelity U.S. Large Cap Equity Strategy and overseeing its adherence to its investment mandate and objective. He also manages U.S. equity mutual funds for Strategic Adviser's managed account programs.
 
Prior to assuming his current position in May 2013, Mr. Golden served as the alternative investments research team leader. Mr. Golden earned his bachelor of science degree in business information systems from University College Cork in Ireland, where he graduated with first class honors, and his master of science degree in finance (international investments) from Brandeis University's International Business School. He is also a CFA® charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Sean Gavin, CFA

Sean Gavin is an underlying model manager for Fidelity U.S. Large Cap Equity Strategy. As portfolio manager in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments, he manages Fidelity Value Discovery Fund, Fidelity Blue Chip Value Fund, Fidelity Advisor Equity Value Fund, Fidelity Advisor Value Leaders Fund, Fidelity Series Value Discovery Fund, and FIAM Target Date Value Discovery Commingled Pool.
 
Mr. Gavin has been with Fidelity since 2007 and prior to his current responsibilities, he was a research analyst in the Equity division. Mr. Gavin earned his bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Oberlin College and his bachelor of music degree in trombone performance from the Oberlin Conservatory. He is also a CFA® charterholder

Matthew W. Fruhan

Matt Fruhan is an underlying model manager for Fidelity U.S. Large Cap Equity Strategy and Fidelity Equity-Income Strategy. As portfolio manager in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments, he manages several large cap funds, including Fidelity Growth & Income Portfolio, Fidelity Large Cap Stock Fund, and Fidelity Mega Cap Stock Fund.

Prior to his current responsibilities, Mr. Fruhan managed several sector funds, including Financial Services and Industrials. He has been in the investment industry since joining Fidelity in 1995. Mr. Fruhan earned his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, in economics from Harvard College and his master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Sonu Kalra

Sonu Kalra is an underlying model manager for Fidelity U.S. Large Cap Equity Strategy. As portfolio manager in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments, he is lead portfolio manager of Fidelity Blue Chip Growth Fund, Fidelity Series Blue Chip Growth Fund and Fidelity Blue Chip Growth Commingled Pool.
 
Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Kalra managed a variety of other funds, including Fidelity OTC Portfolio, Fidelity OTC Commingled Pool, Fidelity Select Computers Portfolio, Fidelity Select Technology Portfolio, Fidelity Advisor Technology Fund, and Fidelity VIP Technology Portfolio. He joined Fidelity as an analyst in 1998.  Mr. Kalra earned his bachelor of science degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and his master of business administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
