Cobrowsing lets a Fidelity representative view your Fidelity.com web pages to help you troubleshoot a problem.

Here are some important things to keep in mind:

  • By selecting Accept and providing the Fidelity representative with the four-digit, system-generated passcode, you are consenting to allow the representative to view your screen.
  • The representative will be able to see Fidelity Investments web pages that you are looking at, which may include your account and personal information.
  • You agree that it is your responsibility, and not Fidelity's, to close, minimize, or otherwise obscure any information you do not wish to share with Fidelity.
  • In limited cases and with your added consent, an Electronic Channel Support representative may need to see other applications that you have open on your computer in order to assist you.
