By participating in the Instagram IRA 50th Anniversary Coaching Session Giveaway (The "Giveaway"), a contest sponsored by Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC ("Sponsor") you affirm and represent that you have read, understand, agree to and will comply with the Rules as provided below and that if you cannot comply with any of the Rules you understand and acknowledge that you may not participate in the Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER. Instagram: Reply via marked Instagram Story question sticker or comment to enter from April 16th through April 30th.
HOW TO WIN: Instagram: All individuals who reply to the designated post will receive an entry. Ten (10) prize winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about May 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th by Fidelity Investments, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest.
PRIZES. Instagram: A total of up to 10 prizes will be awarded, and each winner will receive one 45-60 -minute coaching session with a Fidelity rep that covers one of the following topics: retirement planning, investment planning, investment foundations and rollovers.
Limit one prize per participant for the Giveaway and prizes are non-transferable. Winners subject to verification and confirmation of eligibility. Prize winners will be notified by Sponsor and have 7 days from notification to contact Fidelity and complete any other requirements required by Sponsor to claim a Prize. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery, not responsible for prize utility, quality, or otherwise. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries.
ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to receive prizes for playing in the Giveaway, participants must be legal residents of the United States of America having a primary mailing address within the continental U.S., who have attained the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of registration. This excludes residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If you have already won a prize from Sponsor in the calendar year, you are not eligible to receive another prize in that same calendar year. Non‐U.S. residents; persons employed by FINRA or a securities organization in a regulatory capacity; employees, officers and directors of Fidelity its affiliates, and members of their immediate families and households (whether or not related), or the media who cover financial services may not participate. This Giveaway is void outside of the United States of America and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Certain states and local jurisdictions have laws that limit or restrict public employees from accepting items of value from vendors such as Fidelity that provide services to public institutions. Some public entities such as governments, state universities, health care organizations, etc., also have internal policies that may contain similar restrictions. If you are a public official or employee, you should determine if one of these laws or internal policies applies to you. By accepting this incentive, you confirm that you are in compliance with your jurisdiction's laws and institution's internal policies.
MISCELLANEOUS. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in the Giveaway. By participating the Giveaway, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents, including without limitation, each of their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of a Prize or participation in any Prize-related activities. Participants also agree that Sponsor may use information provided via the raffle card to communicate with participant which may be in the form of advertising.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are made in the Sponsor's sole discretion and are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is responsible for, tampers with, cheats, deceives, or otherwise engages in unfair practices concerning the administration, operation or security of the Giveaway Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any late, incorrect or incomplete entries; (b) any typographical errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors in any Giveaway-related materials, including all advertising for the Giveaway, these Official Rules and the distribution of a Prize; (c) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (d) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (f) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (g) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; (h) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials related to the Giveaway; or (i) cancellations, delays, or interruptions in the Giveaway, including, but limited to, the awarding of a Prize due to acts of god, acts of war, natural disasters, pandemics, weather, or terrorism.
If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend the Prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prizes using all known eligible entries received as of the date of termination in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. The Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Giveaway.
PRIVACY. Entrant information received shall be treated by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, which is located at https://www.fidelity.com/privacy-policy.
