How to prepare for your meeting
You don't have to spend a lot of time or effort getting ready to meet with us.
Take a few minutes to think about what's important to you and what's on your mind financially. If this is new to you or you don't have time, we can talk through it together.
Make sure you can log in to your account and take a quick look through your portfolio. If you have investments anywhere else, it will also help to know how much you have so we can include it in our discussion.
Jot down a list of any questions you might have. If you aren't sure what to ask, here are a few that can get you started.

A clear picture of your current accounts. A review of your saving and investing strategy. Discussion about retirement income. Recommend next steps to consider. Suggestions or referrals for other planning services and specialists that are available to you.

Who will I talk with?
Fidelity planning consultants who work with our clients who have workplace and personal accounts with us. They are located around the US and they are registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Many are also registered investment advisory representatives. Is there really no additional cost?
There really is no additional cost or fee for the planning and guidance tool assistance you'll receive in your consultation. It is available to you as part of your workplace plan. Of course, if you change your investments or consider additional services, there may be associated costs. We'll help you understand them if there are. Learn more
