As the Vice President of Fintech Research and Emerging Technologies, Ale acts as a bridge between Fidelity, startup founders, and Venture Capital partners, sifting the trends and companies that have the potential to accelerate and stretch Fidelity’s growth strategy. Ale joined Fidelity in 2016, after years in startups and corporate strategy roles. Ale holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan and an MBA from SDA Bocconi / London Business School.
