2. Enter the Quantity: To participate in a Treasury auction, you must enter the maximum number of securities (e.g., depending on the auction, the maximum number of bonds, bills, or notes) you are interested in purchasing.
One bill, note, or bond is equal to $1000 face value. Therefore, if you want to buy $5000 face value of a Treasury auction offering, you would enter 5 in the Quantity field on the Trade Bonds/Fixed Income order entry screen.

There is a $19.95 fee on all Treasury auction orders. However, U.S. Treasury auction orders placed online are free of charge.
See the product overview for an auction schedule.
Non-competitive bids are limited to no more than $5 million in a bill, note, or bond auction.
A bidder bidding competitively for his or her own account may not bid non-competitively for his or her own account in the same auction.
Prior to the designated closing time for receipt of competitive tenders, a non-competitive bidder may not enter into any agreement to purchase or sell or otherwise dispose of the securities that may be acquired in the auction.
See the product overview for a pricing schedule.
3. Pricing of the Offering: Treasury auction securities (e.g., bonds, bills, or notes) are priced and the yield is announced.
4. Allocation of Bonds: The Treasury auction securities (e.g., notes, bills, and bonds) are deposited into customer's accounts.
You can check your account history or positions on Fidelity.com to see if you received an allocation of securities.
