Rated 3 out of 5 by average I recently had fidelity change my financial consultant and the my new broker and I have had minimal interactions to date August 5, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by purchasing on line Maybe it's just me but I always (once a month) have trouble finding the right way to buy from the money I transfer in to my account...I always get there but but I am never sure how. August 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pleased overall I have had accounts with several firms and this one is definitely above average. I particularly like the internet analysis tools which are quite superior. Customer service is good. This account is not for the beginner. You don't have to be an expert investor but some knowledge is required as the in person adivise is just OK. August 5, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by none It's a very user unfriendly website, frustrating. - - August 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just What I Need I've been in the process of learning about investing for about one and half years. Books, magazines, and the internet are my primary sources, and whenever I'm exploring a subject, Fidelity's resources are part of my search. July 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Always reliable Probable the best firm for the money. I have been with the firm since 2000 and I have been very satisfied. July 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Provides Macro and Micro views The Fidelity brokerage enables me to see micro-level details through the trading history and the bill pay history (each on its own separate page), while also giving me macro-level, net-worth view through the Full View web page. The Full View is useful because it includes holdings that are not held in Fidelity accounts. It even includes my local bank balance. It is sometimes helpful to be able to jump back and forth among these various views of holdings. The different functions are fairly well integrated, especially considering how different they are from each other. Downsides: One downside is that the Full View page does not allow me to EXCLUDE any accounts. So, for instance, I am a custodian of a minor account, and the Full View includes the child's portfolio as part of my holdings. This distorts reports about the percentage of my holdings that are in one category or another, and it increases the total net worth estimate. I'd like to see a feature that would allow me to EXCLUDE accounts that I manage but that do not actually belong to me. Another downside is that the Full View is not always able to interpret holdings held elsewhere. In my case, for instance, I have a very large account that was originally intended to become an annuity but which currently functions as a large mutual fund of bonds. When Full View shows me the percentage of my holdings that are in stocks or bonds or cash, etc, it shows 40% "unknown," thus making all of the other percentages lack any meaning as well, so it is not useful for examining my overall asset mix. (Note: these problems also invalidate the quarterly GPS reports that Fidelity produces, which COULD be very useful if they could exclude minor accounts and accurately categorize all my holdings but they don't). Another minor issue has to do with the bill-pay feature. It allows me to pay bills one month at a time, and it allows me to set up automated monthly payments PROVIDED that the monthly payments are always for the exact same amount. I'd like to have a feature that says, "automatically pay this bill whatever the amount is." July 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Pleased Easy to navigate, great information, reasonable fees. Thanks. July 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service from trusted source Only down-check is lack of statements for my 401k IRA account. I have not called to discuss this yet. July 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by senior very secure and trustfull and i will recommend fidelity to all my friends etc. July 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Weak bond and option features Negatives: 1) Bond prices are sometimes out of date by more than a day. 2) Account balances are rarely accurate across all tools 3) Lack of option strategy testing support Positives: 1) Monthly statements and account performance are well organized and provide needed info 2) ATP floating windows allows max use of multiple displays 3) trade pricing/fees July 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fidelity Rocks The site is great. I use the tools provided to think about the future. I've also used the reps on several occasions. I would like all my portfolio on my start up page, personal investments and HP 401K and pensions. July 23, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Exciting I've been an investor for years and worked in the industry for years all before home computers. Fidelity has made my maiden voyage into personal investing an easy and enjoyable experience. It's fast, easy, and inexpensive, and they've been there on the phone when I needed them. July 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fidelity - happy My (our) accounts with Fidelity are minimal and secondary in nature for us. However, the accounts we do have have given us a very positive view of the company's efforts. July 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the service and support I have been very impressed and satisfied with everything Fidelity provides for me as an individual investor. Really like using the online tools such as the GPS tool and the research data available. Both the helpdesk support and my local advisor have been available and responsive in anything I have needed help with. Glad to have made the move to Fidelidy July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good For Beginners! Fidelity is a one-stop operation. I am able to get the information I need to research my investment options and I also like the instructional information available. I have learned a lot by investing with Fidelity and using their investment tools. I feel confident when I have a question, I can get straight factual answers. The monthly statements and other documentation are clear and concise. July 15, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by New to this, but learning fast Fidelity seems to have everything most retirees and traders would ever need in once place. Phone service for questions has been terrific. My account representative is very helpful, but not intrusive. I enjoy the security of being able to do everything in one place. July 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick and Accurate I am a retired broker/branch manager/national sales manager of full service brokers. I am delighted with the breath and scope of Fidelity. I had numerous occasions to speak with the support staff and they are as knowledgeable and well trained as any major wirehouse broker. I am happy to use and recommend Fidelity to other investors.
