Most brokerage accounts allow for more flexible and cash management options, such as setting up weekly or bi-weekly deposits. The most frequent transfer option on this site is monthly. People tend to save more when they can put aside smaller amounts, more frequently.

This site is not easy to use for buying and selling. For example, I go into a site which has cash and I want to purchase a fund. There are no easy options in which to do this. I have to figure it out, instead of having very clear options as it should be.

I am very happy with Fidelity overall, but the website needs some improvements. When performing a screen, it would be great to select one of the results and open it in a new tab to be reviewed later. The way the FIdelity site is set up, you must click on a link to security to review it, and if you want to return to the screen, if you hit the back button on your browser, the screen criteria are erased and you have to start over again. I think Fidelity needs to modernize their web site.

Fidelity once was a great investment house, however your service is now very knowledgeable and very poorly serviceable do to the corporate structure.
appears as the company is now run by attorneys and not by business orientated people....

Easy to use and handles all daily needed transactions from bill pay to account transfers and cash.
Customer Service is good but needs to address your concerns with more detail and retain responsibility for the issue.

the new page is good except it does not show the total amount bills that are pending payment. The total is very helpful so that I know if I have enough cash in the account. Please add this info; it was on the old page.

Fidelity provides excellent services. 5 star. I have been with Fidelity for over 12 years and hav found it easy to deal with the company. Fidelity Staff is very helpful. However, mostly, I do my own research through Fidelity. Good business. Excellent.

I like the ability to manage my own investment portfolio to meet my needs. If I need assistance, help from Fidelity is only a phone call away. There is so much information available online that help isn't often needed. I think the Fidelity Account is a great product.

It pops up a new window when you do a quote, and if you click "trade" from that window, it opens up another window, and on and on...It's very difficult to deal with multiple windows, and it's inconvenient.

Customer service is excellent and always available. On line site is easy to use, and help is always available if you need it. If you handle your own investments or if you need financial assistance, Fidelity is the place to be.

I really love the new ETF options with no transaction fees. The fund expenses are really low and with no fees to trade in and out it's a steal. I'm basically becoming an index trader now.

I am very satisfied with my fidelity brokerage account with one exception (this may be due to me not doing enough digging), I would be a totally satisified customer if I could have displayed the yield of each applicable stock in my portfolio.
I also like the fact that I can rely on Fidelity for a sound second investment opinion if needed.

Fidelity Account has been a convenient vehicle for our portfolio management at a reasonable cost for the services. Our initial experience was that the account manager was slow to respond to inquiries but with the new team assigned to us, that has greatly improved. Our experience with the ATP platform has been good, but certainly not excellent. We hope that that will improve as the pltform and team mature.

Overall, my Fidelity accounts are decent and allow me to do most of the things that I want to do. However, I find the activity fee a real turn off. It is one of the proverbial "hidden fees" that brokerages seem to use in order to squeeze a few more cents out of each transaction. For Fidelity's level of involvement with each transaction, the commission fee is more than fair. Otherwise, stock trading is ok, and it is good that Fidelity has recently provided easier access to extended hours trading. However, bond and CD trading remains far too limited. I hate the idea that I need to call a representative and pay a ridiculous fee to try and sell a bond or CD which does not have a current bid or a bid for a number of shares that I can trade. I also don't like that I can't post my own bid for these securities for a day without again going through a representative for a high fee. Years ago, it was much easier and more profitable to trade bonds and CD's through Fidelity. Now, I only buy bonds through Fidelity that I plan to hold to maturity. I trade bonds and CD's elsewhere. The customer seems to be more and more of an afterthought at Fidelity and the account is not the value that it used to be.
