My only complaint is that you need to provide for more robust (and longer) passwords as well as dual authentication log-in capability. I am concerned that security on accounts is lacking. When you consider how thorough Fidelity is in their business, dotting every "i" and crossing every "t", it's incredible that they can actually make money on these types of accounts. Sliding down to Password", another site segment sometimes pops up resulting in the need to retype the "Username" and try and slide down to the "Password" again. Occasionally even the second try fails resulting in a second repeat. If one tries getting down to the "Password", "Tab"ing from the "Username", entry to the site is rejected. January 27, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Missing Feature Fidelity has so far has been a good company for handling my IRA; I do, however, have one complaint. When I make a yearly minimum required distribution (MRD) from my IRA account, there appears no simple automatic way to take from each fund an amount proportional to that fund’s value in the context in the total value of the account. Many 401K plans do this automatically when an MRD is requested, which make it simple to keep the 401K plan correctly balanced. January 27, 2014

Fidelity rose to the top for several reasons: Service, ability to talk to PEOPLE, investment options, and investment tools.
