Louis Satisky
Regional Vice President, Investment Solutions, Fidelity Investments

Louis Satisky is an investment solutions regional vice president with Fidelity Investments Life Insurance Company, a unit of Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals and institutions, as well as through 5,000 financial intermediary firms. Mr. Satisky is responsible for working with clients and representatives on concepts such as complex retirement planning, asset allocation, income diversification planning, tax-efficient investing, legacy planning, and longevity planning.

Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Satisky worked as a regional planning consultant, coaching representatives and working with clients to educate them on new Fidelity initiatives, including new investment solutions and planning technologies. He also conducted many educational seminars, including Retirement Income Planning, Income Planning in Retirement, and Tax-Efficient Investing, and delivered Quarterly Market Updates to clients and prospects. Mr. Satisky also served as a regional account executive, acting as a liaison between Fidelity Investments Life Insurance Company and our Registered Investment Advisor channel, covering the territory from California to Texas.

Mr. Satisky is a 17-year veteran with Fidelity Investments. He holds Series 7, 63, 66, and 215 licenses. In addition, he holds the Certified Financial Planner® certification.

Mr. Satisky received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Northwestern University.


Howard Spielberg
Regional Vice President, Fidelity Investments

Howard Spielberg is a managed account regional vice president with Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals and institutions, as well as through 5,000 financial intermediary firms. Mr. Spielberg is responsible for working with clients and representatives surrounding concepts such as disciplined investing, asset allocation, income planning, tax-efficient investing, and how to manage portfolios in today's complex environment.

Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Spielberg worked as a regional brokerage consultant, driving Active Trader production and education and presenting seminars on educational topics, including fundamental and technical trading, research options, market mechanics, and trading software for clients and prospects. Mr. Spielberg also served as a regional mutual fund consultant, acting as a liaison between mutual fund product management and the distribution channel. Since joining Fidelity, he has delivered more than 1,500 seminars to clients and representatives.

Before joining Fidelity in 2003, Mr. Spielberg spent four years at Charles Schwab. He served as an active trader premier trading consultant, responsible for recommending risk management strategies and hedging techniques based on each individual client's parameters. He then served as an active trader field sales representative for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, delivering technical trading strategies, risk management, profit taking, stock selection, and StreetSmart Pro® seminars to existing clients and prospects.

Mr. Spielberg received his bachelor of science degree in economics from Arizona State University and his MBA from the University of Arizona. He holds Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 63, and 66 licenses.
