Lauren Brouhard
Senior Vice President, Retirement Solutions, Fidelity Investments

Lauren Brouhard is senior vice president of retirement for Personal Investing (PI), a unit of Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.

In her current role, Lauren is responsible for driving growth of Fidelity's personal retirement business, with oversight of retail retirement product management and development, customer experience, retirement thought leadership, and workplace lifetime engagement programs.

Since joining Fidelity in 2002, Lauren has held numerous senior business management, product, and marketing positions in Fidelity's retail and institutional retirement businesses. Most recently, she was responsible for plan sponsor and participant marketing and communications strategy for the Tax-Exempt Market, including colleges and universities, health care institutions, religious organizations, research associations, foundations, and state and local governments. Prior to that, Lauren was responsible for Fidelity's rollover and HSA businesses and programs.

From 1994 to1999, Lauren was an editor and publisher at Institutional Investor, a leading international financial publishing company.

Lauren received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is Series 7, 63, and 24 licensed.

Glenn Kasses
Director of Retirement Guidance Products, Fidelity Investments

Glenn Kasses is a director, guidance retirement product at Fidelity Investments, and is one of the lead product developers for the new Planning & Guidance Center (P&GC). He has dedicated years to building the P&GC to be the premier retirement planning platform that consolidates the best of Fidelity's legacy tools into a simplified, intuitive customer experience. Glenn has built the P&GC in close coordination with Fidelity financial representatives and customers to ensure the experience is optimal for both rep-led and self-directed customer interactions. As a product director, Glenn focuses on Fidelity's online guidance tools that seek to promote substantial change in individual financial habits. This includes continued improvements to our customers' online planning experiences as part of a broader planning and guidance product portfolio.

Previously within this role, Glenn led the development of Fidelity's Income Simulator tool, a retirement planning tool now available to more than 15 million 401(k) and 403(b) plan participants, and one of Fidelity's most popular retirement planning experiences. Before joining the Planning & Guidance product organization, Glenn worked with Fidelity as part of an internal consulting group, where he worked on several projects to help shape the company's strategic directions and refine its operational capabilities.

Glenn earned his MBA at Boston College and a BS in journalism at Northwestern University. Prior to his career with Fidelity, he worked as a sports writer for newspapers in St. Louis, Missouri, and Spokane, Washington. He currently lives in California with his wife and two children.
