Jim Armstrong is a marketing director in Fidelity’s Personal Investing division. In this position, he creates educational content to help people with retirement planning and other financial wellness topics. Formerly, Jim distinguished himself as an Emmy-winning journalist, spending 17 years as a television reporter for network affiliates around the country.
Randelle Lenoir is an Investor Center leader in the Chicago area. She spends her days at Fidelity coaching and inspiring a team of financial planning professionals to deliver essential support to customers in need of financial planning and investment management. She’s spent her career working with people from all walks of life, helping them solve problems and achieve goals. She believes that solid financial planning relationships can change lives and communities for the better.
Ally Donnelly is a new member of the Fidelity family, having joined in 2021 as an Editorial Director. Her work will focus on communicating with our clients through innovative video and audio content. Prior to joining our team, she was a longtime broadcast television journalist for NBC and NECN in Boston. Her work has been recognized with multiple Edward R. Murrow, Emmy, Associated Press and Gabriel awards throughout New England. Outside of work, Ally loves traveling and exploring the great outdoors with her family. She and her husband are raising their two beautiful daughters (and one wacky dog) on Boston’s South Shore.
Colleen Rolph assumed her current position as vice president of Learning, Content & Offering for Fidelity's Personal Investing division in 2017.
In this role she leads the learning program, which includes strategic planning, programming, and development of workplace educational solutions.
Colleen joined Fidelity in 2002. Prior to her current role, she was vice president of Women Investors in Fidelity's Personal Investing unit.
Jenn Sirois is a vice president, financial consultant at Fidelity’s Investor Center in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Since joining Fidelity in 2006, Jenn has helped families develop actionable financial plans to achieve their vision of financial security both in the short and long term.
Jurrien Timmer is the director of Global Macro at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.
In this role, Mr. Timmer is part of Fidelity's Global Asset Allocation (GAA) group, where he specializes in asset allocation and global macro strategy. Additionally, he is responsible for analyzing market trends and synthesizing investment perspectives across Asset Management to generate market strategy insights for the media, as well as for Fidelity's clients. Mr. Timmer has been at Fidelity for 22 years and has more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to assuming his current position in 2005, Mr. Timmer held various other roles within Fidelity, including director of market research and technical research analyst. He also co-managed Fidelity Global Strategies Fund from 2007 to 2014.
Before joining Fidelity in 1995, Mr. Timmer was a vice president in the Fixed Income group at ABN AMRO. He has been in the financial industry since 1985.
Mr. Timmer earned his bachelor of science degree in finance from Babson College.
Elizabeth Hare is a vice president in Fidelity’s Personal Investing division. In this position, she creates educational content for workplace participants to help with retirement planning and other financial wellness topics.
Elizabeth holds a master of business administration degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Fordham University.
Ashley Tran leads a team of professionals who provide investment planning and advice to Fidelity customers by cultivating relationships to define customer needs and guide investment strategies through Fidelity’s tools and solutions. Throughout her career, Ashley has found success through building relationships, not just building sales or building assets. Now, she leads, coaches, and develops a team to drive exceptional customer experiences and build lifetime relationships with our customers through financial planning and investment guidance.
Leanna Devinney is responsible for leading one of Fidelity’s Investor Centers, offering financial and investment guidance to our clients including one-on-one retirement planning, wealth management, income strategies, and college planning services, as well as integrated employer benefit solutions.
She’s been with Fidelity for more than nine years and has spent that time working face to face with customers. She greatly enjoys building relationships with clients by getting to know them, learning about their backgrounds, and helping them identify their goals.
Leanna holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and she holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation.
Lars Schuster is an institutional portfolio manager at Strategic Advisers LLC, a registered investment adviser and a Fidelity Investments company. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.
In this role, he is a member of the investment management team, and is responsible for delivering SAI’s managed account investment philosophy, process, and ongoing activities to a wide range of investors.
Prior to assuming his current role in July 2010, Mr. Schuster was a director of investment product for Personal, Workplace and Institutional Services (PWIS) from 2005 to 2010. Before rejoining Fidelity in 2005, he worked as a director of sub-advisory services and as a senior research analyst at Financial Research Corporation from 2002 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Schuster held various roles at Fidelity, including that of associate product manager for Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company (FIIS) in 2001, and client service manager in the Institutional Brokerage Group from 2000 to 2001.
Before joining Fidelity in 2000, he was team leader advisor council at Pioneer Investments from 1997 to 2000. He has been in the financial industry since 1997.
Mr. Schuster earned his bachelor of business science degree in marketing and finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations.

Before joining Fidelity, Stacey spent 20 years at Harley-Davidson, one of America’s most beloved brands and respected manufacturing companies. As a member of the senior leadership team, she built a reputation for reinvigorating brands, inspiring teams, and delivering business results through fantastic customer experiences.
Stacey was hand-picked to lead the effort to retain and re-inspire millions of existing riders while simultaneously bringing in new customers – a goal many thought unachievable. Under her leadership, the company grew sales and delivered the #1 market share position in every customer segment: Core, Young Adult, Women, African-American and Hispanic.
Stacey led the design, development, construction and launch of the $75 million, award-winning Harley-Davidson Museum, which welcomes over 200,000 visitors annually. As the lead spokesperson, she appeared on The Today Show, National Public Radio, Bloomberg Business Week and the LA Times.
Stacey holds a BS in International Politics from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Born in Boston, MA, Stacey has lived and travelled around the world, including Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. She worked in London, and spent a summer on a butterfly farm in Honduras.
Stacey is a registered yoga teacher, rescue scuba diver, classical guitarist, improv and stand-up comedy student, and five-time polar bear. She enjoys live music, cooking soup, reading, and her English Mastiff, Wilma.
Denise Chisholm is director of quantitative market strategy in the Quantitative Research and Investments (QRI) division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Chisholm is focused on historical analysis, its application in diversified portfolio strategies, and ways to combine investment building blocks, such as factors, sectors, and themes. In addition to her research responsibilities, Ms. Chisholm is a popular contributor at various Fidelity client forums, is a LinkedIn 2020 Top Voice, and frequently appears in the media.
Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Chisholm was a sector strategist focused on sector strategy research, its application in diversified portfolio strategies, and ways to combine sector-based investment vehicles. Ms. Chisholm also held multiple roles within Fidelity, including research analyst on the mega cap research team, research analyst on the international team, and sector specialist.
Previously, Ms. Chisholm performed dual roles as an equity research analyst and director of Independent Research at Ameriprise Financial. In this capacity, she focused on the integration of differentiated research platforms and methodologies. Before joining Fidelity in 1999, Ms. Chisholm served as a cost-of-living consultant for ARINC and as a Department of Defense statistical consultant at MCR Federal. She has been in the financial industry since 1999.
Ms. Chisholm earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics from Boston University.
Naveen Malwal is an institutional portfolio manager at Strategic Advisers LLC, a registered investment adviser and a Fidelity Investments company. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Mr. Malwal is a member of the investment management team and is responsible for delivering Strategic Advisers managed account investment philosophy, process, and ongoing activities to a wide range of investors.
Prior to joining Fidelity in his current position in August 2014, Mr. Malwal served as a portfolio strategist in the Portfolio Research and Consulting group at Natixis Global Asset Management. In this capacity, he was responsible for counseling financial advisors on portfolio construction and asset allocation. Previously, Mr. Malwal was an investment strategist in the U.S. Equity Research group at State Street Global Markets and a financial analyst at State Street Corporation. He has been in the financial industry since 1998.
Mr. Malwal earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Tufts University and his master of business administration degree in quantitative finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is also a CFA® charterholder and holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 licenses.
