Mr. Perlovsky is a Vice President at Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM), a unit of Fidelity Investments. Mr. Perlovsky has over 14 years of US municipal securities industry experience. At FCM he is responsible for the analysis of the municipal market and is a member of the Capital Committee, which approves municipal bond underwriting transactions. Mr. Perlovsky's responsibilities include credit and relative value research, general market commentary, and contributing to thought leadership written publications.
Prior to joining FCM in December 2010, Mr. Perlovsky was a Vice President at State Street Bank & Trust Co., where his responsibilities included trading, research, and management of municipal bond portfolios.
Mr. Perlovsky is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. He is also a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Perlovsky received his B.S. and M.S. from Boston University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
