IRS Notice 2020-18 Relief for Taxpayers extended the 2019 federal income tax filing, payment, and IRA contribution deadline from April 15 to July 15, 2020.

Common online transactions


Fidelity Investor Centers

We have placed secure drop boxes at Fidelity Investor Centers for the following services that cannot be completed digitally or by phone.

Instructions for using the secure drop box will be posted on the Investor Center door.


  • Paper check deposits with account number marked clearly on the check
  • New account paper applications
  • Completed paperwork

Please note, at this time, the Investor Centers cannot:


  • Accept stock certificates
  • Accept monetary requests
  • Notarize documents
  • Provide signature guarantees
