Deposit checks with your phone

Deposit checks under $100,000 with your mobile phone. Just snap a photo of your check to deposit into your Fidelity account. You can also check balances, transfer money, place trades, and more.

Fidelity Investor Centers

Most of our Investor Centers remain open with a self-service, secure drop box for the select services noted below. For your health and safety, face masks are required to enter these locations. Please call your local Investor Center to confirm availability.

Instructions will be posted near the secure drop box.

  • Paper checks that cannot be deposited via the Fidelity Mobile® app (account number must be clearly marked on the check)
  • New account paper applications
  • Completed paperwork (if you have any questions as you fill out your paperwork, please call us at 800-343-3548)

Please note, at this time, the Investor Centers cannot:

  • Accept stock certificates
  • Accept monetary requests
  • Provide signature guarantees
  • Notarize documents
    • Please note, you may consider NotaryCam as an option to help you access notary services online.
