Deposit checks with your phone

Deposit checks under $100,000 with your mobile phone. Just snap a photo of your check to deposit into your Fidelity account. You can also check balances, transfer money, place trades, and more.

Fidelity Investor Centers

We have placed secure drop boxes at Fidelity Investor Centers for the following services that cannot be completed digitally or by phone. For your safety, wearing a face mask is required when entering these locations.

Instructions for using the secure drop box will be posted on the Investor Center door.


  • Paper check deposits with account number marked clearly on the check
  • New account paper applications
  • Completed paperwork

Please note, at this time, the Investor Centers cannot:


  • Accept stock certificates
  • Accept monetary requests
  • Provide signature guarantees
  • Notarize documents
    • Please note, you may consider NotaryCam as an option to help you access notary services online.
