  • How much does Fidelity Go® cost?

    Fidelity Go® offers tiered pricing based on your account balance. You'll pay no advisory fee for a balance under $10,000, $3 per month for a balance of $10,000–$49,999, or 0.35% per year for a balance of $50,000 and above. There are no trading fees, transaction fees, or rebalancing fees.

  • What's the minimum initial investment to open a Fidelity Go® account?

    There is no minimum initial investment to open a Fidelity Go® account. However, for us to invest your money according to the investment strategy you've chosen, your account balance must be at least $10.

  • Are there fees associated with a Fidelity® Personalized Planning & Advice account?

    The annual advisory fee for Fidelity® Personalized Planning & Advice accounts is 0.50% of the money we manage for you. The quarterly fee is calculated at the end of the quarter and then automatically deducted from the account in the following quarter. There are no trading fees, transaction fees, or rebalancing fees.

  • What's the minimum initial investment to open a Fidelity® Personalized Planning & Advice account?

    The total minimum investment for Fidelity® Personalized Planning & Advice is $25,000. You can have more than one Personalized Planning & Advice account as long as each account has a minimum balance of $10 and the combined balanced of all of the accounts is at least $25,000.

  • How long does it take to open an account?

    Fidelity Go® and Fidelity® Personalized Planning & Advice use an online account application, which should only take a few minutes to complete. Assuming everything is in good order, once you successfully complete the application, your new account number will be generated promptly.

  • How do I add money to my account?

    You can add money to your Fidelity Go® or Fidelity® Personalized Planning & Advice account 3 different ways:

    1. Move cash from an existing Fidelity account.
      After logging in to your account summary page, visit the Transfer bar at the top of the page to set up funds transfers. You'll see a list of eligible Fidelity accounts in the dropdown menu. Once you choose the Transfer From account, you can set up automatic monthly transfers or make a one-time transfer.

    2. Electronically transfer funds from a non-Fidelity bank account.
      If your bank is not currently set up for electronic funds transfers (EFTs), you'll be able to do this during the funding process. Once the account is open, you can add or modify the EFT instructions at any time.

    3. Deposit a check into your account.

      Be sure to write your account number in the memo field and make the check payable to Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC. You can deposit it using our mobile application or mail it to either of the following addresses:
