How to Update Your Address & Phone Number
Keeping your contact information up-to-date, including addresses and phone numbers, ensures you'll get important information about your account when you need it most.
What do I need to know?
You can update your addresses and phone numbers any time, on any device. After logging in, you can change your addresses or phone numbers, including day, evening, and mobile in your ProfileLog In Required.
If you have a 401(k), 403(b), or other workplace savings accounts, you'll need to contact your plan administrator or go to NetBenefits®Log In Required to update your addresses or phone numbers.

What to expect
Changes to your address and phone number are effective immediately. For address changes, you'll receive a confirmation by U.S. Mail.
Note: For your security, certain service and money movement requests, such as beneficiary updates and check requests totaling more than $10,000, may be restricted for 10 days after your personal information is changed.
