I can't scan or take a digital photo of my document right now, but I'll be able to later. What should I do?
You'll be able to access your transfer again from Transfer Tracker. If we have your email on file, you'll be sent reminder emails with links to your open applications until you complete the process.
What if I don't have a scanner or can't take a digital photo?
Attaching your required documents electronically is the fastest way to process your transfer, but you may mail your documents. Just continue the transfer process and once you reach the end, we’ll provide instructions for mailing the required documents.
Do I need to save my scan or photo as a specific file type?
We accept the following file types: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff, and .bmp.
