Rated 5 out of 5 by Most Used of All My Credit Cards I use the Fidelity card more than any other because it provides a 2% discount rather than the 1% that is typical of other discount offering cards. Also, it is convenient to have the earned discount credited to my brokerage account. One problem with the card is the lovely design makes it more difficult to read the numbers. December 30, 2011

Getting gas at Costco has never been easier. With American express, I have a single place of managing my expenses. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great card, but limited download ability.. All other cards can have transactions downloaded to Quicken or Money when cleared on a daily basis. The Fidelity card only has this feature available on or after the statement date. This is not a major irritant, but it would be a nice feature. Otherwise, the same complaint can be tagged to this AMEX card as with all others: A lot of vendors do not accept it. December 29, 2011

Rated 4 out of 5 by 2% Cash Back, no Hassles I'm never distracted by those 4 or 5% cards because I know those percentages are only on certain items (gas or groceries). It's not worth it to me juggle these things, nor do I have the time keep track of points, mileage or any of that nonsense. This card is simple. Use it, get 2% back on all purchases. Money deposited directly into our Fidelity cash account on a schedule. I don't have to think about it, except when I see the money roll-in. December 29, 2011

Rated 3 out of 5 by Online Payment needs help Issue is when paying online, it doesn't set the date to the most current date, it's always the due date which works for most people but I prefer payment on the day I paid. Also it doesn't have a view to see the Bill amount or full balance when paying so if I type in the wrong amount I could be overpaying or underpaying. December 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best overall value It's hard to beat the Fidelity Rewards Amex. Automatic 2% cash back on everything, with no annual fee. Other cards have short-term promotions, but the Fidelity Amex offers good value every day. Automatic cash deposited into our Fidelity account is perfect - no "points" to spend, miles to expire or reward balances left unused. We use our Fidelity Rewards Amex for almost all of our purchases, and reap the benefits year-round. December 29, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by Okay The reason I am giving such low marks is that I get a TON of 'promos' now in the mail from American Express. I have called customer service but they have not been able to help me. If you could get ALL the 'promo' mail and emails from American Express stopped, I would be a happy camper. Also, the 2% isn't as appealing as when I first signed up when your competitors offer 1-2-3. Gas is my biggest expenditure so getting the highest % I can is tempting. Also, one of the customer service reps told me I could get a cash advance up to my credit limit at 0% interest for 1 year. So, I decided to do that. We were almost done when she then mentioned the transaction fee. Needless to say, I told her I changed my mind. I am in customer service myself. I recommend you train your reps to be PROACTIVE in telling clients all the information upfront, not just the 'good news'. That is why I rate your customer service 'poor'. Also, there are 2 American Express accounts listed below in the category 'Which credit card are you reviewing'? Why is that? Maybe that is why I get so much junk mail from you. December 29, 2011
