Hannah Lippe, one of our Design Thinking team associates, says, “I create opportunities for people to learn and care more about each other, and I enable people to take risks and try new things.” Our associates have been teaching crash courses in elementary school classrooms, encouraging students to fall in love with the problem, not the solution.
